STANDARD SHIPPING:
– BANGKOK & METROPOLITAN AREAS: 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS
– OTHER PROVINCES: 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS

EXPRESS SHIPPING:
– AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON THE DESTINATION AND SHIPPING PROVIDER.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

– ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 2:00 PM (THAILAND TIME) ON BUSINESS DAYS WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED ON THE SAME DAY.
– ORDERS PLACED AFTER 2:00 PM, ON WEEKENDS, OR ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS WILL BE PROCESSED ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

DELIVERY ISSUES & DELAYS

– IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED WITHIN THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME, PLEASE CONTACT MUNWOW CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR ASSISTANCE.
– MUNWOW IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED BY COURIER ISSUES, EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS, NATURAL DISASTERS, OR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE DELAYS.

DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

– IF YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED OR IS LOST DURING TRANSIT, PLEASE REPORT THE ISSUE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY. WE WILL REVIEW THE ISSUE WITH THE SHIPPING PROVIDER AND WORK TOWARDS A RESOLUTION.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

– IF AN ORDER IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS OR FAILURE TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES TO RESEND THE PACKAGE.
