YOU CAN REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE IF:

– THE PRODUCT IS UNUSED, UNOPENED, AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR:
– PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN USED, OPENED, OR DAMAGED BY THE CUSTOMER.
– ORDERS PLACED INCORRECTLY BY THE CUSTOMER.
– PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS.

RETURN PERIOD
– YOU MUST REQUEST A RETURN REQUEST WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

RETURN PROCESS
TO REQUEST A RETURN, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
1. CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA LINE OFFICIAL OR EMAIL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.
2. PROVIDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, PRODUCT DETAILS, AND PHOTOS OF THE ISSUE.
3. OUR TEAM WILL REVIEW YOUR REQUEST AND PROVIDE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS IF ELIGIBLE.
4. SHIP THE ITEM BACK TO US WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIVING OUR CONFIRMATION.
5. ONCE WE RECEIVE AND INSPECT THE ITEM, WE WILL PROCESS THE EXCHANGE OR REFUND

REFUND POLICY
– REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED VIA THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD USED FOR THE PURCHASE.
– PROCESSING TIME FOR REFUNDS: 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER APPROVAL.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
– IF THE RETURN IS DUE TO OUR MISTAKE (WRONG ITEM/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT), MUNWOW WILL COVER THE RETURN SHIPPING COST.
– IF THE RETURN IS DUE TO CUSTOMER PREFERENCE, THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING FEES.
